Konka is a prominent South African club and restaurant recognized for its entertaining and elegant setting. However, the establishment has declared that it would close its doors in Soweto in May. The shutdown comes after only a few years in business, during which time the club became a popular location for A-list guests and costly booze.
The statement was released on social media, promising to continue providing distinctive lifestyle and outdoor events.
“As we approach a new chapter, reflecting on a great era and the journey that followed, Konka Soweto, our haven of memories and shared experiences, has grown beyond our wildest dreams, and it’s all because of you.”

Many more performers and DJs have been spotted entertaining enormous crowds on the KONKA stage.
